For snorkellers, scuba divers and helmet undersea walkers we offer our new self-propelled marine dive platforms which may include an underwater bar and viewing deck.
Eco Walker dive platforms are stable and easily moved by means of 2 x 40 hp outboard motors. The platforms are equippred with extensible gangways which lower into the sea bed allowing users to descend to the artificial coral reefs below. The frame is galavanized steel epoxy coated. The super structure of the Luxury models is moulded fiberglass with marine ply decks all epoxy coated non-slip, the superstructure of the Standard model is aluminum framing and cladding. Flotation is more than 240 kilograms per square meter using HDPE 0.914 meter diameter tubes 72mm wall thickness filled with closed cell polyurethane foam.
The dive platforms may be supplied fully self contained with solar power, desalinators and waste management systems.
Eco Walker Dive Platforms are the obvious choice for resorts and communities who want access to the reefs without buiding costly piers and walkways. Using permanent moorings the platforms may be kept on station in good conditions but brought ashore when storms occur. They are environmentally neutral and provide a high quality system at an affordable price. As an example an Eco Walker basic dive platform PLUS a 6 unit Eco Walker Helmet diving system PLUS an Eco-Coral© Resort Reef can be purchased for LESS than the Japanese helmet system of 7 helmets but comes without compressors.
